Position: PEIMS Coordinator /Purchasing- Payroll Clerk
*226 work day calendar-Possible January start date
*Salary and insurance commensurate with experience
*Job responsibilities include:
Enter, prepare, and submit PEIMS Data
Compile and submit payroll information to ESC (Education Service Center)
Compile and submit purchasing information to ESC
Prepare and submit annual financial audit information
Organize, file, and maintain detailed records
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines efficiently
Manage human resource data and information
Assist superintendent with day-to-day business office tasks
Welcome guests and take phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
*Job requirements:
Student/staff information confidentiality
Basic understanding of computer and business software
Ability and willingness to learn/take on new tasks as required
Ability to multi-task
Regular travel to the ESC in Lubbock for trainings
