Southland ISD is searching for a Secondary Science Teacher to add to our Southland Teaching Family. Must have current and valid 7 - 12 Texas content specific certification OR can obtain one through a TEA-approved alternative certification program.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area.
- Help students fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth.
- Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.
Must be willing to sponsor an academic enrichment activity, organization, class, UIL and other extracurricular activities if assigned.
