We are seeking a hands-on, highly relational principal who is eager to be part of a close-knit school family; someone who will know every student by name, support teachers across all grade levels, and be an active presence both on campus and in the community.

What You’ll Do
- Lead instruction across all grade levels and content areas
- Support and grow teachers in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Be a visible, approachable presence for students, staff, and families
- Foster a positive, safe, and engaging school culture
- Use data to drive instruction and improve student outcomes
- Oversee daily campus operations, including discipline, activities, and programs
- Take on multiple leadership roles typical of a small rural district
- Partner closely with the Superintendent to move the district forward

Qualifications
- Master’s degree: in Educational Leadership or related field
- Valid Texas Principal Certification:
- Minimum of: [3–5] years of successful teaching experience
- Campus leadership experience: preferred, not required
- Have a CDL: or are willing to obtain
- CHL and School Guardian Training: or are willing to obtain
