Dyslexia Specialist/Teacher
WUCISD is searching for an excellent instructional leader to add to our family. This position will work alongside our Administration Team to ensure student growth.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide students identified with dyslexia and other related learning difficulties an individualized, intensive, multisensory, phonetic instructional program that includes a variety of writing, spelling, and reading components. The position will also provide students the opportunity to make significant gains in reading and develop competencies.
Teacher Certification with required endorsements for assignment are required.
The qualifications for the position include several years of successful teaching experience in Dyslexia education with an emphasis on reading, writing, and spelling instructional strategies as well as the ability to assess students for dyslexia.

Salary and Benefits: $9,296 above state base, $400 towards insurance, with other stipends available.
School Housing is Available: $100 rent per month.
