The Betty M. Condra School is seeking a Kindergarten teacher for the 2024-2025 School year to assist our school with our goal of helping children to reach their potential.
QUALIFICATIONS include a Bachelor's degree as well as a Texas Teacher's Certificate. Special Education degree is preferred but not mandatory.
The right candidate will help to drive our children to realize their own superior results in reading, writing and problem solving. At the Condra School we encourage our teachers to assist the children to reach or exceed their goals that will further their education by planning each of the lessons in accordance with the TEKS and each student's needs.
We ask that each teacher attend weekly grade level meetings and collaborate with the grade level teachers and aides on student behavior management. At the Condra School, we collaborate with the Administration of the Condra School, the families and the students, and other grade teachers and aides to develop a plan to help each child reachand outperform their own milestones and to know that they have done their best and for them to be proud of themselves for their achievements.
