Come and join our Ralls Jackrabbit family! We are currently looking for a certified PreK 4 teacher.
You would be expected to:
Teach children basic skills like colors, shapes, numbers, and letters, as well as writing and counting skills. You would be provided a curriculum to plan and implement that focuses on child development, and be able to adjust it based on students' needs. Organize activities that help children explore their interests, learn about the world, and develop skills required by TEA. Develop schedules and routines to ensure children get enough rest and physical activity. Communicate with parents about their child's development, and provide reports and feedback on their performance and behavior. Promote a safe and nurturing environment while building relationships with our students, families, and teachers. We are looking for an individual that is flexible and creative as well as able to maintain structure in the classroom. Ralls ISD prefers our teachers to have a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, and teacher certification.
