The Betty M. Condra School is seeking an Elementary Reading Teacher to assist our school with our goal of hleping children to reach their potential.
QUALIFICATIONS include a Bachelor's degree as well as a Texas Teaching Certificate. Special Education degree is preferred but not mandatory.
The right candidate will help to drive our children to realize their own superiro results in reading and phonics. At the Condra School we encourage our teachers to assist the children to rech or exceed their goals that will further their education by planning each of the lessons in accordance with the TEKS and each student's individual needs.
We ask that each of our teachers attend weekly meetings and collaborate with their fellow teachers and aides on student behavior management. At the Condra School, we collaborate with the Administration of the Condra School, the families and the students, and other teachers and aides to develop a plan to help each child reach and outperform their own milestones. We seek to know that they have done their best and we want each child to feel proud of themselves for their achievements.
