O'Donnell ISD is seeking a student-centered leader to serve as Secondary Principal. O'Donnell Secondary serves students in grades 6-12 and will have roughly 130-140 students on campus next year. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence, supporting staff development and bulding strong relationships with students, staff, families and community members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide instructional leadership and high academic standards across all grade levels.
- Supervise and evaluate instructional staff as well as support personnel.
- Implement and monitor curriculum and school improvement plans.
- Promote a safe and inclusivie school climate for all students and staff.
- Cultivate communications with staff, parents and coummunity members.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
- Hold a current and valid Principal certificate or able to obtain.
Salaray and Benefits
- Based on Experience within the O'Donnell ISD Administration pay scale. (226 Day Contract)
- $350 month toward employee/family insurance
- Low rent school housing is available.
- O'Donnell ISD is on a 4 day calendar for the 2025-2026 school year.
