Job Description
Ralls ISD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Math Teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in mathematics to secondary students. This individual should be committed to fostering a positive learning environment that supports student growth and achievement.
Teaching Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in math.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies and curriculum standards.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid Texas Teaching Certification or enrolled in an Alternative Certification course.
- Experience teaching at the secondary level (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of literacy instruction and curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
