CTK Diocesan Schools is seeking passionate HS History teacher (grades 9-12). As a teacher you will guide students with appropriate learning activities, and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual growth. HS History teachers should ignite a passion for history . This position will enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.
All faculty, staff, volunteers must complete safe environment training. Anyone applying is required to submit their training certificate as well. The link to the training is:
Safe Environment Training – valid for 5 years
Education/Certification:
*Bachelor's degree from accredited university
*Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned
Special Knowledge/Skills:
*Knowledge of subjects assigned
*General knowledge of curriculum and instruction, vertical alignment of science TEKS
*Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
*Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
