This position is part-time and will plan and deliver purposeful, engaging instruction that challenges students to grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually. The role calls for a teacher who sets high expectations, fosters a structured and supportive Spanish classroom environment, and equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive both in school and in society.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree from accredited university and valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned. All faculty, staff, volunteers must complete Safe Environment Training and a background check. Additionally, faculty and staff should have knowledge of subjects assigned, the ability to instruct students with rigorous expectation, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and above average to excellent classroom management skills.
